Accounting Office

What Do We Do?

  • verify expenditures and obligations on ECE accounts
  • reconcile account statements to University Financial Systems
  • authorize expenditures againt ECE accounts and ensure compliance with University and Federal rules and regulations
  • establish new accounts and close-out account when complete
  • ensure funds to cover bills
  • pay invoices
  • maintain inventory of office supplies
  • maintain purchasing records of contracts, grants, state accounts, and purchasing cards
  • process receipt of packing slips
