- verify expenditures and obligations on ECE accounts
- reconcile account statements to University Financial Systems
- authorize expenditures againt ECE accounts and ensure compliance with University and Federal rules and regulations
- establish new accounts and close-out account when complete
- ensure funds to cover bills
- pay invoices
- maintain inventory of office supplies
- maintain purchasing records of contracts, grants, state accounts, and purchasing cards
- process receipt of packing slips
