Intelligent Design of Efficient Architectures Laboratory

 

Founded in 2005 by Dr. Tao Li, the mission of the Intelligent Design of Efficient Architectures Laboratory (IDEAL) is to conduct research on the design and optimization of computer systems and emerging techniques and applications interactions with those systems.  The focus of the research is on implementing frameworks, motivating designs, and classifying emerging applications for optimization in areas such as key emerging workloads, comptuer security, performance evaluation, reliability, and more.
