Shuo Wang Elevated to IEEE Fellow
ECE professor Dr. Shuo Wang has been elevated to the rank of IEEE Fellow, for contributions to reduction of electromagnetic interference in electronic systems.
Dr. Wang’s research has helped to greatly improve the performance, safety and reliability of all types of electronic systems while reducing their cost and size. His pioneering work on the modeling, measurement, and reduction of electromagnetic interference in power electronics systems has shown that electromagnetic compatibility is no longer to be regarded as an “Art” which was only mastered by few exceptional engineers with years of experience, but rather, a “Science” which can be mastered and contained.
